What I ate today - Jan 23
Today's menu is:
Breakfast - Salad with hard-boiled egg
Snack - 2 pcs of wholemeal breads (1.7g fat)
Lunch - Nutrimeal drinks (7.6g fat per serving) & a scoop of vege with tofu
Dinner - 2pc of wholemeal breads (1.7g fat)
Now let's count the calories according to this conversion:
1g Fat = 9 cal
1g Protein = 4 cal
1g Carbohydrates = 4 cal
Breakfast - 78
Snack - 15.3
Lunch - 68.4 & 180
Dinner - 15.3
Total intake = 357 calories
Hmm that's pretty low intake, let me find out how much calories do I need...According to this calculator, I need to have at least 1765 calories intake!

Entah apa-apa
Aah dah penat aku buat kerja. Sekarang aku nak pergi lepak depan tv tengok Bio channel. Hari tu aku tengok kisah tentang Gene Simmons, penyanyi Kiss tu lah. Tak lama lagi ada kisah Motley Crue. Semalam tengok kisah Mathew Perry. Eh sebenarnya dah banyak kisah selebriti aku tengok. Erm, tapi aku tak ingat kisah siapa..hahahaha bapawk pelupenya koi ni!
Aku dah tengok juga siri Obsessed dan juga Hoarders.
Buat kopi cap tongkang dulu dan ambil buah epal sebagai snek. Roti wholemeal dah habis. Habis camno, anny?

Tensi
Aku sebenarnya tensi banyak kerja, hence, the many posts. Luahan perasaanlah kononnya. Aku sebenarnya takde kawan. Kalau cerita kat husband aku, dia buat 'dek' je. Blog nilah jadi mangsa aku kalau aku nak cakap apa-apa.

Status diet
Aku sebenarnya nak tulis hari-hari apa yang aku makan tapi manalah masa aku. Apapun, aku masih menggagahkan diri mengikut pemakanan seperti dibawah sana, selang dua entri. Kalau tukar pun, bab tomyam tu; aku ganti dengan sup sayur.
Berat aku dah hilang 2 kg, beb! Cepat run-forest-run Emila!
Oh pagi tadi, aku breakfast di San Francisco Cafe, Ampang Point. Makan Green Salad dan minum kopi! Nikmatnya! Dah lama tak minum kopi brew! Asyik minum kopi cap Tongkang je.
Oh lagi, skipping bertambah jadi 200 skips!
Bersemangat. Boogie Wonderland.

Cermin mata
Cermin mata aku patah dua!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pernahkan kamu? Suami aku kata, aku lasak dan kasar. Orang lain tak pernah cermin mata patah dua, katanya lagi.
Tapi memang betul kata dia. Aku pegang apa pun, selalunya semuanya patah.
Takpe. Aku dah pergi buat cermin mata yang baru. Power bertambah.

Penat siut
Baru je habis menokok-nambah elemen-elemen untuk buku My Mom's Garden. Sekarang aku tengah lukis siri Flower Guardians untuk penerbit. Aku kena lukis paling kurang 50 lukisan. Paling banyak 100. Ini tiket aku ke Italy! Pada masa sama aku kena tulis lagi dua buku kraf untuk PTS yang mana aku kena siapkan pada bulan Februari.
Dengan anak yang bersekolah dua sessi, dengan jadi driver menghantarnya pergi dan mengambilnya pulang, dengan menyediakan sarapan dan makan tengahari dia, dengan baju sekolah dia yang macam kerang tiap-tiap hari nak kena berus, dengan rutin diet aku, dengan kain baju kotor yang nak dibasuh, dengan kerja-kerja aku yang tak pernah habis, ....mampukah aku?
Aku cuba. Tahun lepas aku berazam tahun ni nak lepak sikit. Tapi nampaknya tahun ni aku kena berazam untuk tahun depan supaya dapat lepak banyak.

On diet
My bathroom scale tipped at 76kg.
I need to lose weight so I started dieting 2 days ago. My knees are hurting from my very heavy weight. With a height of 163cm, my BMI is 27.9 and it falls under the overweight category! I need to be at least 65kg for the BMI to be normal.
Wednesday
Morning - nasi lemak (hehe bummer!)
Afternoon - an apple
Evening - Tomyam
Exercise - only 100 rope-skipping
Thursday
Morning - Salad with a hard-boiled egg (french dressing)
Afternoon - an apple

Exercise - 150 rope-skipping (achh, my feet is hurting! Need good sport shoes with good cushions)

A sad beginning of a happy new year
We were so happy yesterday, he chased after us. He was so playful.
He was just a kitten. Mom brought him home from my cousin's house a week after our cat, Tiger went missing.
This afternoon, I accidentally hit him. I did not realised that he was under the car. I suspected he climbed on the tyre. I saw him died. I could not bare this feeling of sadness. Sure I was nagging yesterday coz I have to clean up after his litter and decided not to lock him up in his house so that he could go and litter naturally. But that was just nagging. My intention of him living like normal cat was shattered. I shattered it. I should've locked him up before getting into the car.
Yassin and me, we both were crying like crazy. It was a very bitter experience. He saw the cat died too.
